The original purchase of the system has a one year factory warranty.
This Life Time Replacement Warranty* covers one total replacement of the base unit, pendant, wall mount communicator, and power supply for the life of the original owner. We will replace the defective part and ship a replacement to you at no charge. If necessary, we will replace the entire system and send a totally new unit with free shipping.
This warranty does not cover replacement of batteries, necklace lanyard, wrist strap or belt clip. This warranty does not cover multiple replacements of the same part. This warranty does not cover parts that are lost or broken due to neglect, improper use, power surge or lightning.
