I landed on this page while trying to activate. It says "Too Many Tries Try Again Later" "Seems Like You Need Assistance"
Answer:
This message occurs when the SIM ID and the Activation Code do not match after 5 attempts. Wait about 5 minutes and try activating again. Make sure to carefully read the SIM ID and correctly enter the Activation Code. Plese CLICK HERE to return to the Activation Page.

I did not get a phone number when I tried to Activate My SIM
Answer:
If the SIM ID and the Activation Code are correct the activation screen will attempt to Activate the SIM card. It can take up to 5 minutes if the network is busy. If there are network issues it may take longer. Please click the link below to go to the Activation Screen and try again. If you have confirmed the numbers are valid please use the links at the bottom of the page to contact us. Please have your SIM ID available.

I activated by SIM and was assigned a Telephone Number but when I try to call the number I get a busy signal or the device does not ring.
Answer:
After you activate the SIM and are assigned a Telephone Number it can take up to 10 minutes for the number to be registered in the cellullar network. Please turn the device off, wait 2 minutes, then turn the device back on. Please be patient and try to call the Telephone Number again after 10 minutes.
After the Telephone Number is assigned you must turn the device off and back on in order for the device to connect to the cellular towers. Once turned back on please wait 2 minutes for the device to be registered on the cellular network.

Question:
I activated the SIM and was assigned a Telephone Number but I forgot to write the Telephone number down. What can I do to find it?
Answer:
Don't worry. We have the number and will give it to you when we call you for On-boarding. You can also go back to the Activation Page and reenter the information again. Don't worry it will not 'Re-Activate' the SIM card. If the SIM ID and Activation code are entered correctly it will display your assigned Telephone Number.
