At this point you should have your device in hand. You should also have selected your Subscription Plan such as Monthly or Annual billing.

The next step is to schedule a time for us to call you. During this time we will review your Account Profile information and train you on how to use your new device and answer any questions that you may have.

Prior to our call checklist: Please make sure you are ready for the call.

1. You have the device in your posession

2. The device has been fully charged

3. You have selected your Subscription Plan

4. You have activated your SIM card

5. You have received your device Telephone Number

6. You are at the location where the device will be primarily be used.
