We accept payments from Major Credit Cards, Paypal or Checks. 
How To Make Monthly Payments:
If you want to make Monthly Payments for any item continue through the payment screen to the Paypal screen. At the screen where it asks for Credit Card information there is an option for 'Bill Me Later', click the option 'Bill Me Later' as shown in the screen below. Once you have done this you will see a screen that will ask you for:
Billing Name
Billing Address
Phone Number
Email Address
Date of birth
Last 4 Digits of your SS#
This screen will basically verify your credit rating and issue an immediate credit line to pay for your order. You will then be able to make payments over 6 months (or more depending on your credit rating). You will receive the item you ordered immediately and then make monthly payments for your order. Don't forget to 'pay now' once the credit line has been established to complete your order.
Paying by Credit Card: If you are paying by credit card you will see a Paypal screen. Do not be concerned as all of our payments are "processed" through Paypal. You DO NOT need to have or setup a Paypal account to pay by Credit Card.
When paying with a Credit Card simply select the "Check Out" option on the Paypal screen (as shown below) 
Next, select 'Don't have a Paypal Account' as shown below.
Next, you will then see the screen below where you can enter your credit card information.
You also have the ability to make monthly payments by clicking the 'Bill Me Later' option.
Changing the shipping address if paying with Paypal: Scroll down on the Paypal screen just a bit and you will see and option to change your address (see screen below for a sample)

Paying by Check: Fill out the order form below and mail the order form to us with your check. We will process your order upon us receiving and clearing the check. Download order form by clicking here

How To Enter Special Notes or Codes During Checkout: If you need to enter special notes regarding shipping or any other type of note you can do that. If you need to enter a special discount code you can also do that. During the checkout process you will see the following screen in Paypal  Click on the 'Add Special Instruction to the Seller' button. Once you click on the link you will see the following text box appear.  If you were instructed to enter a discount code here, please remember that the discount WILL NOT be applied on this screen. Discount codes are applied to your purchase as a 'refund' that is issued back through Paypal against your purchase. This 'refund' will take place within 24 hours of purchase.
