This pendant is waterproof (you can shower with it or wear it in the tub). It has a range of 100-150 feet in all directions. Comes with the battery included. The pendant has an 'Emergency Call' button, press the button to activate the alert. The pendant also has a 'Stop' button, press the stop button to stop the alarm and de-activate the dialing. It can be worn around the neck, carried in a pocket or placed on a night stand. This Heart Shaped Pendant will work with the model ats4387x, model ats4365x, PA5800, PS561 and Radio Shack model 49-2559.

When an alarm is triggered, the Personal Assistance Voice Dialer will activate the alert and call up to four telephone numbers (911 can be entered also).
It then plays a message that you record and allows the person receiving the call to listen in.
The system will continue dialing until the person receiving the call enters 0. Answering machines will not fool it.
